On June 30, 2007 case Number 06-19801 was decided by the Honorable Christopher Graham Administrative Law Judge in favor of the Applicant represented by Mr. Alan Edmunds.
This particular case involved allegations of wrongful use of a controlled substance. Allegations included the purchase and use of controlled substances and drug use covering a two year period of time.
Attorney Edmunds introduced documents, witnesses and cogently argued the facts of the case. The Administrative Law Judge felt that the case presented by Attorney Edmunds was indeed compelling and overcame the concerns of the Government. Upon considering the evidence and the statements of counsel, the Administrative Law Judge found in favor of the Applicant for virtually each and every allegation raised in the Statement of Reasons.
